4. ENERGY ALIGNMENT DISCLAIMER & RELEASE

The following applies to all energy healing sessions, activations, and frequency work offered by Company, whether conducted virtually or in person.

I understand that:

• Energy healing involves a natural, virtual or hands-on method of energy balancing for the purposes of stress reduction and relaxation.

• Energy healing is not a State-sponsored form of alternative therapy.

• Energy healing sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment.

• Energy healing practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe substances or medications, prescribe or perform medical treatments, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

• It is recommended that clients see a licensed Primary Care Provider for any physical or psychological ailments prior to receiving energy healing.

• For clients under the age of consent, a parent or guardian must attend all sessions and sign this form on the minor's behalf.

Payment of fees (monetary, trade, barter, or any other exchange) for services rendered is an acknowledgment of Your satisfaction with the services provided. By purchasing or accessing the Offering, You hereby release Michelle Coelho, Ahai™ 7D Energy Healing Practitioner, from any liability in regards to any unforeseen adverse effects resulting from Your energy healing session.

5. SPIRIT BABY COMMUNICATION DISCLAIMER

Spirit baby communication, channeling, and all related intuitive and energetic services offered by Company are provided for spiritual, entertainment, and personal exploration purposes only.

Spirit baby communication is not a medical service, a form of psychological therapy, or a guaranteed prediction of future events. Michelle Coelho does not claim to diagnose infertility, pregnancy outcomes, or any medical condition related to conception or pregnancy.

All information received during a spirit baby session reflects an intuitive and energetic perspective and should not be taken as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You agree to make Your own independent decisions regarding conception, pregnancy, fertility treatments, or any other medical matter, and to consult qualified licensed professionals for all such decisions.

Results of sessions vary by individual. No specific outcome — including pregnancy, partnership, or physical healing — is promised, guaranteed, or implied.

6. LIVE EVENTS & RECORDING POLICY

Recording Disclosure

All live events, virtual gatherings, activations, masterminds, Q&A sessions, and related programming hosted by Company — including but not limited to The Arrival Frequency Mastermind, Spirit Baby Activation LIVE, and any events held within the House of Spirit Mama — are recorded.

By attending or participating in any live event or program, You acknowledge and consent to being recorded (audio and/or video). Recordings may be used for program delivery, archiving, replay access for participants, and future Company use.

If You do not wish to be recorded, it is Your responsibility to keep Your camera off and to refrain from using Your name or personally identifying information in chat or audio participation.

Confidentiality Within Community Spaces

While We encourage a safe and supportive environment within all Company communities and events, We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information You share publicly within group settings. Please use Your own discretion when sharing personal information in group calls, community forums, or related spaces.

Community Standards

The House of Spirit Mama, including The Arrival Frequency Mastermind, The Arrival room, The Field, and The Oracle, is a sacred and private space. Members are expected to maintain the integrity of the space by:

• Treating all members and facilitators with respect and dignity.

• Refraining from sharing, screenshotting, or distributing any content, conversations, or materials from within the community without express written permission.

• Abstaining from spam, promotion of external services, or solicitation of other members without prior consent from Company.

• Honoring the emotional and energetic safety of the container.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community who violates these standards, without refund.

7. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We aim to provide Our clients with the highest quality service. If You cancel or reschedule an appointment within 48 hours (business days) of Your scheduled appointment time, You will be charged the full service fee for that appointment.

Payment must be made in full prior to booking in order to reserve Your space. This policy allows Us to maintain availability for all clients and honor the time and energy invested in each session.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership

All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, course materials, light language transmissions, channeled content, audio recordings, video content, and related materials are owned by and property of Company, or the properly attributed party.

It is a violation of federal law to use any of Our intellectual property in whole or in part. Modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible, including seeking financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction.

Limited License

You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal non-commercial use to access the Offering You have purchased or opted to receive. You may not:
