AN 8 WEEK GROUP CONTAINER

The House of Luminaries is an intimate eight week group experience designed to create stability, safety, and deeper connection within the body. This container forms the core of the work; a space where women come together to gently regulate their nervous systems, cultivate emotional safety and reconnect with their inner guidance in a grounded and supportive environment.

Rather than focusing on constant striving or transformation through pressure, this space is about creating the conditions in which change can happen naturally. When the body feels safe, intuition becomes clearer, decisions feel more aligned and the pathways for new life, new direction and new possibilities begin to open.

The container is intentionally kept small, welcoming 5–8 women, allowing for depth, intimacy, and meaningful connection within the group.

Throughout the eight weeks, we focus on a number of core pillars that support lasting change in both the body and daily life.

Nervous System Regulation
Understanding the state of your nervous system and learning practical ways to bring it back into balance. This work is grounded and accessible, helping you recognise when your body feels regulated or overwhelmed and giving you tools to gently return to safety.

Lifestyle Rhythm & Daily Anchors
Together we explore how simple daily rhythms can support nervous system stability. Practices such as sunlight exposure, grounding breath, slow rituals, mindful movement, nourishing food choices and evening wind down routines help create a predictable sense of safety within the body.

Emotional Safety & Regulation
This work supports you in meeting emotions with compassion and understanding rather than suppression. Through practical tools and group reflection, we learn how to hold difficult emotions, reframe anxious thinking patterns and cultivate greater emotional resilience.

Body-Led Decision Making
You will learn to move beyond purely mental decision making and begin trusting the intelligence of your body. Practices such as muscle testing and body pendulum techniques help you recognise the subtle signals guiding you toward aligned choices.

Grounded Spiritual Connection
Spiritual connection is approached in a grounded, safe, and accessible way. Alongside group guidance and intuitive work, you will learn how to cultivate your own personal relationship with Spirit or God and develop practices that feel authentic to you.

The AHAI Method
Within the container, the AHAI method is used to gently explore deeper subconscious patterns that may be influencing your current experiences. This process allows space for insight, emotional release, and meaningful internal shifts.
